Eastman TC or “Thermo Cure” instruments are shipped with specially kiln-dried top woods. This aging process has a positive effect on the guitar’s tonal characteristics and “simulates” exactly what happens to guitars that age and are played in naturally over decades. This Eastman is no exception: a baked Adirondack spruce top, Indian rosewood body, mother-of-pearl snowflake inlays, ebony fingerboard, and herringbone Binding. This Eastman OM is masterfully crafted from the finest materials and, in terms of appearance, playability, and tone, is modeled after vintage master guitars from traditional American manufacturers.
Qian Ni began his musical career as a professional flutist who trained at the Boston School of Music.
