The Martin D-18 has always been one of the absolute classics in the Martin range and, as a classic mahogany dreadnought, can undoubtedly be counted among the most popular acoustic guitars ever.
Great volume and assertiveness, warm mids and basses, great clarity and brilliance. A high-quality and solidly built dreadnought is one of the timeless all-rounders among acoustic guitars.
This example is a beautiful D-18 Standard, built in 2019, with a built-in L.R.Baggs pickup, which has been tested and works perfectly. The instrument is therefore ready for use in the studio or on stage.
The original Martin case including certificates and hangtags is included and is in very good condition as shown in the photos.
The guitar itself is also in perfect technical condition and has been completely checked and optimally adjusted in our workshop. The neck angle is perfect, string action is very comfortable, the frets are hardly worn AND the guitar’s bindings are tight and do NOT come loose.
Visually, as can also be seen in our photographs, the guitar has slight signs of use, small scratches and the odd flaw in the finish. The somewhat “deeper” lacquer damage on the top and back of the guitar is only superficial and otherwise absolutely harmless. If necessary, these can be professionally sealed and retouched as best as possible in our workshop.
The sound of the guitar is wonderfully balanced and a great opportunity!
