The great \u201cmango\u201d inlays on the Headstock and the ebony binding enhance the appearance of the instrument even more. The instrument sits very comfortably in the hand thanks to the built-in arm bevel. The sound of the instrument is wonderfully clear and present, which is further enhanced by the spruce top and the lattice bracing.<\/p>\n<p>Oli Ukuleles are the work of Andrew Kitakis, son of the famous ukulele maker John Kitakis. At the age of just 19, he founded \u201cThe Ukulele Site\u201d while learning and perfecting his craft in his father&#8217;s business. He also contributed to the development of the \u201clattice bracing\u201d of the Pono Master Series.<\/p>\n<p>Oli ukuleles are made by experienced craftsmen in an Indonesian manufactory that has also been producing Pono ukuleles for many years. They are superbly crafted, using only the best materials such as fine solid mango wood, and they sound simply great!
