Founded in 1924, Kremona looks back on a century-long tradition of building exceptional guitars. After the First World War, our founder Dimitar Georgiev completed an apprenticeship as a luthier and honed his skills in making stringed instruments in Markneukirchen, a renowned German guitar-making town. In 1924, he founded a small guitar making workshop and named it Kremona. A century later, our workshop remains true to the German guitar making tradition. Our unwavering attention to detail and commitment to preserving the artisanal essence of guitar making characterize our approach. As we have grown and evolved, one thing has remained the same – our love of building well-crafted instruments with remarkable tone, aesthetic beauty and superb playability.
