Making of the “Steinieland Beamer Guitar” by Stevens Custom Guitars

Another exciting custom project that we recently had the pleasure of planning and manufacturing on behalf of a customer. The “Steinieland Beemer” headless guitar was commissioned by the “Headless Guitar” and “Steinberger” enthusiasts from “Steinieland”.

We made the body from maple and the neck from carbon fiber, as is typical for Steinberger. We painted the body in the “Nardo Grey” color requested by the customer.

EMG 89 – SA – 89R pickups and an active HazLabs v2 EQ were used for the electronics.

The active electronics are powered by 2 x 9 volt block batteries. We have worked a suitable battery compartment into the Body for this purpose.

An exciting project and a great job that you don’t get every day.
