Shipping costs & delivery

  • We ship instruments insured throughout Europe and worldwide.
  • We usually ship with GLS, but also with DHL depending on the destination country.
  • Instruments can of course also be sent to us for repairs.
  • We receive instruments worldwide for repairs and/or modifications.
  • If the instrument is sent to us, it must be well packed (in a case or bag and then in a well-padded box).
  • Within Germany, the shipping costs for returning an instrument are 25 euros.
  • We accept no liability whatsoever for damage to the instruments caused during shipment and return.
