The Oli L2CMG is a solid mango wood concert ukulele with a great “mango” inlay on the Headstock and ebony bindings, which provide a beautiful visual contrast to the light and grained mango wood. The built-in arm bevel makes the instrument even more comfortable to hold than it already is. The sound is wonderfully clear, full and present.
Oli Ukuleles are the work of Andrew Kitakis, son of the famous ukulele maker John Kitakis. At the age of just 19, he founded “The Ukulele Site” while learning and perfecting his craft in his father’s business. He also contributed to the development of the “lattice bracing” of the Pono Master Series.
Oli ukuleles are made by experienced craftsmen in an Indonesian manufactory that has also been producing Pono ukuleles for many years. They are superbly crafted, using only the best materials such as fine solid mango wood, and they sound simply great! This comparatively new brand is visually and sonically impressive and has already convinced us with the first delivery of instruments, absolute recommendation!
