The Oli L2-CSR is a solid concert ukulele with a Canadian spruce top, combined with solid Indonesian rosewood back & sides. The great “mango” inlays on the Headstock and the ebony binding enhance the appearance of the instrument even more. The instrument sits very comfortably in the hand thanks to the built-in arm bevel. The sound of the instrument is wonderfully clear and present, which is further enhanced by the spruce top and the lattice bracing.
Oli Ukuleles are the work of Andrew Kitakis, son of the famous ukulele maker John Kitakis. At the age of just 19, he founded “The Ukulele Site” while learning and perfecting his craft in his father’s business. He also contributed to the development of the “lattice bracing” of the Pono Master Series.
Oli ukuleles are made by experienced craftsmen in an Indonesian manufactory that has also been producing Pono ukuleles for many years. They are superbly crafted, using only the best materials such as fine solid mango wood, and they sound simply great! This comparatively new brand is visually and sonically impressive and has already convinced us with the first delivery of instruments, absolute recommendation!
