GUITAR PURCHASES

Are you looking to sell your instrument? Then you’ve come to the right place!

We are always on the lookout for high-quality instruments to add to our range. Please feel free to offer us your instruments for sale or as part of a trade-in.

Please note the following before offering us your instrument or instruments:

There is no guarantee of purchase or trade-in: We inspect every instrument before making an offer. The visual and technical condition, authenticity, playability, sound, etc., are all important factors in assessing each instrument and are decisive for the selling price. We can only make you an offer if the instrument meets our standards and fits into our range. Thank you for your understanding!

What instruments can you offer us? We are particularly interested in high-quality acoustic guitars, classical concert guitars and electric guitars made in Europe, the USA or Canada. We are also interested in vintage guitars. However, you are welcome to offer us any instrument, provided it is a guitar or a bass.

Please feel free to offer us instruments that are damaged or in need of restoration, provided they fall into the category described above. As a master workshop specialising in guitar making, we specialise in professional repairs, amongst other things.

If you would like to offer us an instrument, please feel free to use our contact form.

CONSIGNMENT SALE

We are always interested in high-quality instruments for consignment sale.

If a commission agreement is reached between us, we do it:

  • professional photos,
  • advertise the guitar with photos and texts on our website and on various platforms,
  • adjust the guitar professionally (if necessary)
  • and present them in our showroom in Franziskanerstraße in Munich.

We have a lot of experience with commission guitars and ensure that your instruments are handled with care.

These are our conditions for a commission

Our commission fees are 15% of the final sales price. For instruments with a very high value, the commission fees can be negotiated individually if necessary.

A one-off commission fee of €60 is payable for each instrument. This fee covers our work for photos and advertisements. The commission fee is due in any case when an instrument is sold, even if you decide not to sell an instrument after all.

Condition of instruments: As we are not only a music store, but also a Professional luthier, the perfect technical condition and optimal playability of all instruments offered for sale through us is very important to us.

If you would like to offer us instruments that have technical defects or need to be repaired or restored, please bring your instrument to our workshop for an assessment or send it to us. We will then examine your instrument on site and inform you about the effort and costs of the necessary repairs. If the instrument is in perfect technical condition and playable again, it can be sold on commission. Visual defects such as traces of playing or damage to the varnish, especially on vintage instruments, are irrelevant.

If you would like to offer us an instrument, please use our contact form.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Please describe the instrument you would like to offer us:

How would you like to sell the instrument?

Would you like to add anything else?
