Active in guitar building and repair since 1984. In-house development of preamps and pickups for acoustic instruments. Co-founder of the Munich Repair Shop in 1992 and of Stevens Custom Guitars. Werner is responsible for new acoustic instruments, marketing and finance.

He completed his apprenticeship in 1984 – 1986 as a national winner. For his masterpiece, a steel-string guitar with cutaway, he received the gold medal as the year’s best master. Co-founder of the Munich Repair Shop in 1992 and of Stevens Custom Guitars. Stefan is responsible for the workshop, purchasing and sales and the construction of custom-made electric instruments.

Sebastian runs our store and takes great care of our customers. He is a competent contact person for both repairs and advice on purchases. Sebastian completed his training as a music retailer in Zwickau.

Gregor has been part of our team since March 2024 and, together with Sebastian Böhme, takes intensive care of our customers in terms of sales advice and repair acceptance. He also works for us in the areas of social media, online marketing and web presence. Gregor is a passionate guitarist and bassist with many years of work experience in the music retail sector. He studied business administration in Munich & managed his own retail company in the food sector for many years.

Michi trained with us in 2014 – 2015 as a guitar maker in the field of repair and new construction. Michi trained as a carpenter and has 10 years of professional experience. At the beginning of 2016, he successfully passed his exam to become a guitar maker and has been working for us in the repair and store area ever since.

Lena completed a three-year apprenticeship as a guitar maker in a Bavarian company. In June 2023, she successfully passed her apprenticeship exam and has been working in our company since September 2023.

Florian has been working in our repair department since May 2019. He completed his training as a plucked instrument maker at the vocational school in Mittenwald from 2014 -2017, after which he was employed in a repair workshop in Munich. In April 2021, he successfully passed his master craftsman’s examination in guitar making.

Klaus supports our repair department as a guitar technician. He has decades of experience as a tour technician.
