The “La Leona is an impressively light and resonant guitar with a truly wonderful response. It is based on the 4th world-famous guitar by the legendary master Antonio de Torres.
La Canada / Jellinghaus instruments are the work of the renowned guitar maker Edmund Blöchinger and the tonewood expert Wolfgang Jellinghaus.
Historically important and legendary instruments, such as those of the famous 18th-century guitar maker Antonio de Torres, are meticulously examined using the few remaining originals, and detailed construction plans are created. Based on this data, the highest-quality, all-solid, handcrafted instruments are then built, replicating the originals both visually and sonically.
